Job Description:

As a Dishwasher, you will play an essential role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and efficiency that our guests expect. This position requires the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Open communication with management and team members is vital to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the dishwasher to wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans efficiently.
• Ensure the dishwasher and other kitchen equipment are in good working order; report any issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dish pit and kitchen area.
• Assist in managing detergent and cleaning supply levels.
• Remove trash and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Support kitchen and front-of-house staff with various tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• No previous restaurant experience required.
• Ability to work in a humid and heated environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, scooping, standing, kneeling, and squatting.
• Must have weekend availability.

Compensation:

• Starting at $17 per hour, depending on experience.
• Positions available for both full-time and part-time (part-time: 30 hours or less).
