West Fork Whiskey is a growing company with big goals that depend on great people like you. You will be working closely with the Retail, Programing, and Events team members to feed our West Fork Culture.

Job Title: Tour and Tastings Guide

Compensation: $15 per hour based on experience + plus incentive program

Availability: Full time and Part time positions are available

Department: Welcome, Retail and Tourism team 

Reports To: Program Manager 

FLSA Status: Exempt 10-30 hours per week

Location: 10 E. 191st Street, Westfield, IN

Education and/or Experience: Tour and Tastings Guide

• 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar role

• Good understanding of hospitality, booking, and retail sales

• Basic computer and phone skills

• ATC Indiana License

The following responsibilities describe the critical performance areas for your position:

• Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service.

• Answer all guest questions and assist with wayfinding. 

• Knowledgeable about our whiskey products, The Mash House and The Stave menu and Event Center offerings, retail and merchandise, tours, and programming.

• Be up-to-date on the tour, tasting, and programming schedules

• Be well-versed in all tour and tasting scripts 

• Maintain a vast knowledge of whiskey, bourbon

• Add unique flare to each tour and tasting experience

• Help design memorable experiences around our product line like pairings, interactive elements, educational components, and more 

• Study our product line and tasting notes 

• Answer and transfer phone calls to the appropriate parties

• Give directions to all production and processing deliveries

• Be presentable and prompt 

•Keep the Welcome Desk, Retail space, tasting bar, and room tidy, well-stocked, and clean.
