Together with The Mash House, we are committed to excellence not just in our products but also in our team. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Line Cooks to join our culinary team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the exceptional standard of our offerings and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Job Description:

As a Line Cook at West Fork Whiskey Co., you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our kitchen. This fast-paced position requires the ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain a positive and friendly demeanor. Effective communication is essential, as you will need to coordinate closely with management and fellow team members to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up your specific station for service.
• Ensure all ingredients and supplies are ready and available for use.
• Remain on your feet for 8+ hours, actively engaging in the preparation and execution of our menu.
• Follow recipes accurately, maintaining the high quality and consistency our customers expect.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift.
• Complete all running side work, as well as assigned opening or closing duties.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to clean and close down the station properly after service.

Qualifications:

• A respectful, team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to learn and teach.
• Passionate about culinary arts, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality.
• 3+ years restaurant experience is preferred.
• ServSafe Certified Preferred

Compensation:

• Starting at $18 per hour, depending on experience.
• Full-time and part-time positions available (part-time: 30 hours or less)
