LINE COOK


Description: Line cooks are an integral part of the daily operations at West Fork Whiskey Co. This position is fast paced and candidates must be able to multitask and work efficiently while maintaining a friendly attitude and demeanor. Communication is key in this position and candidates must be able to openly communicate with management and team members.

Compensation: $20+ per hour depending on experience // Full Time and Part Time Positions Available (Part time 30 hours or less)

Availability: Full time and Part time positions are available

Location: 10 E. 191st Street, Westfield, IN

  • Work consists of prepping what is needed on their specific station for service
  • Opening/setting up their stations
  • Being on their feet 8hrs plus
  • Closing down their station properly after service / cleaning the kitchen from top down with the help of their kitchen team
  • Following recipes exactly as it was taught to you
  • Maintain a clean work space
  • Complete all running side work throughout the shift
  • Complete all assigned opening or closing duties
  • We are building a family and the candidate must have a team mentality
  • Respectful and passionate in the kitchen, willing to learn from others, willing to teach/guide others
  • Restaurant experience preferred
