--------------

• Hugh Hamer: Honey Finished
Proof: 103
PREMIER RELEASE
BATCH: 3 BARRELS

Tasting Note: From some of our finest Hamer corn recipe comes the debut of our WFX honey finish. Raw honey, honeysuckle, and dry oak on the nose precedes sugary vanilla and wildflower honeycomb on the pallet. Sweet honey lingers before slowly fading with a touch of oak to round out the finish.

---

• Hugh Hamer: Double Oaked Cask Strength
Proof: 116
BATCH: 2 BARRELS

Tasting Note: We transferred two of our finest barrels in the rackhouse to fresh oak barrels to impart even more robust oak character. On the nose, charred oak and subtle cinnamon precede oak, cherry, and spicy cinnamon on the palate. Pepper, leather, and pleasant dry oak round out this bold, barrel-finished bourbon.

---

• Hugh Hamer: Peach Finished
Proof: 103
BATCH: 2 BARRELS

Tasting Note: Life’s a peach and so is this finish. Two of our finest and oldest high corn Hamer bourbon barrels were selected and finished in peach brandy casks. Peach and sweet oak dominate the nose and pallet, slowly giving way to dried stone fruit and fresh cornbread. The result is delightfully peachy to the last drop.
